Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") form a binding agreement between you (\"Customer\") and GAMVIS. If you accept the Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

GAMVIS is billed using prepaid credits. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. One credit equals 0.10 EUR; equivalents in USD, GBP and PLN are calculated at the rate displayed in checkout at the time of purchase.

Credits expire 24 months after purchase if unused. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

GAMVIS and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks and documentation. No rights are granted by implication.

The Service is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to GAMVIS in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend the Service immediately if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. On termination, you must stop using the Service; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dublin have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
