Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in GAMVIS. This policy explains when credit purchases are refundable.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

First-time customers may request a full refund of their initial credit purchase within 14 calendar days of payment, provided no more than 20% of the credits have been used.

2. Eligibility

  • Account in good standing and not suspended for abuse.
  • Refund requested in writing from the billing email address.
  • Purchase made directly through gamvis.pro (not via resellers).

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account, include your invoice number and a short reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Credits older than 14 days from purchase.
  • Used credits beyond the 20% threshold.
  • One-off professional services and onboarding fees once delivered.
  • Third-party charges (telephony, SMS, AI usage) already incurred.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.

6. EU consumers

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By starting to use credits within that period you acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost for the portion already consumed.
