3. How to request a refund

4. Non-refundable items
- Credits older than 14 days from purchase.
- Used credits beyond the 20% threshold.
- One-off professional services and onboarding fees once delivered.
- Third-party charges (telephony, SMS, AI usage) already incurred.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
