Acceptable Use Policy

To keep GAMVIS safe for every customer, all users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

1. Scope

This AUP applies to anyone using the GAMVIS platform, its APIs, AI agents, messaging and voice channels. It supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful marketing.
  • Distributing malware, phishing content or fraudulent material.
  • Harassing, threatening or impersonating any person.
  • Collecting personal data without a valid legal basis.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls or billing.
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Using the Service to develop competing products.

3. AI agents

When you deploy AI agents through GAMVIS you must clearly disclose AI involvement where required by law, avoid prohibited use-cases (e.g. medical or legal advice without human review) and keep a human-in-the-loop for high-risk decisions.

4. Voice and messaging

Telephony and messaging traffic must comply with TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and any local rules on consent, opt-out and quiet hours. Caller IDs must be accurate and registered where required.

5. Security

Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] — we welcome responsible disclosure.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to warnings, throttling, suspension or termination, with or without notice depending on severity. We may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
